We have developed novel and “human-friendly” analytical methods in the diagnostics and treatment for diseases to contribute on the human health and welfare. Now, we are going testing in main four research projects written as follows; 1) Development of ultrasensitive nano-clinical diagnostic methods for a variety of biomarkers using nanoparticles (Fig. 1), 2) Synthesis of novel probes detectable for cancer cells and hydrogen sulfde, and development of 19F-NMR spectroscopically diagnostic methods using their probes, 3) Development of artificial immunosensor using molecularly imprinted polymer for clinically chemical test without blood sampling (Fig. 2).4) Development of sensitive immunoassays based on antibody engineering(Fig.3).
