The goal of our research group is to develop catalytic reactions, which accelerate development of functional molecules having valuable biological properties. The efficient ways for synthesis of bioactive molecules as well as development of lead compounds for pharmaceuticals are produced through these research activities.
Research Activities:
1. Catalyst controlled stereoselective reactions, regio(site)selective reactions, and substrate selective reactions
2. Development of sophisticated organocatalysts as well as transition-metal catalysts for the above highly selective reactions
3. Synthetic study of bioactive natural products
